Job Summary:
We seek a compassionate and reliable Non-Medical Home Care Caregiver to provide personalized care and support to individuals in their homes. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, grooming, meal preparation, medication reminders, and providing companionship and light housekeeping. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized care and support to individuals in their homes
- Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, meal preparation, and medication reminders
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Perform light housekeeping tasks
- Document observations and updates on client's conditions
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and supervisors
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a training program in home care or related field (preferred)
- 6+ months of experience as a caregiver
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license (if applicable)
